The thick brushes are for blush and the skinnier ones are for eyeshadow.

I think the super small skinny ones can be used for eyeliner. But I could be wrong.

The black and silver is used for eyeliner, the one to the right of that one is a crease. That's all I can tell. Calling all Mua!!

Eye brushes
Fluffy blending brush (help blend harsh lines)
Angled shader brush ( blend out the crease)
eyeliner brush
The last brushes both like short shader brushes perfect for applying eyeshadow on the lid
The 2 and 1 brush that you have first side is for lid application and the second side is for eyeliner

Are those Sonia Kashuk brushes or however it's spelled? I have a set from her that's almost identical.
first one looks like foundation, second is powder, third is a fan brush (I use it to brush away fallout), can't see the fourth, fifth is a blending brush (or I use mine for that), sixth I can't see clearly, seventh could be for eyeliner but I use mine for a lip brush, the other two are just for packing eyeshadow.

First one is to set powder under the eyes. Second is for blush. Third is for highlighting or sweeping away the fallout. Fourth is for gel eyeliner. Fifth is for blending out the crease. Sixth I can't really tell but I think it's for the outer v. Seventh is for eyeliner. Eighth and ninth are for placing the eyeshadow onto your eyelid. :)

The fan brush is great for blush, the last four are used for various things with your eyes. And it looks like the secon brush is a powder brush.
