Hmm that's strange. I would ask my doctor about it & maybe he or she can prescribe something for you.

I thought I was the only one that had this! I'm also looking for a way to help them not be so dry but it just burns a little anything I put on my eyelids. :/

What eye make-up remover are you using? A gentle steam across face will soften dead skin cells, uncongest your skin, and bring nutrient to and waste away from your skin, once you've done that moisturise your face with a water in oil emulsion moisturiser, and petroleum jelly under eyes in very small quantities.

I get psorais around my eyes...sounds like you might have something similiar??
Your eyelids don't have a fatty layer so when you apply something over them that product will actuall absorb into the eye... so please be careful with what your putting there.
for a diy tip- make chamomile tea with two tea bags, allow them to infuse for a few minutes to release the bisobol with the plant. put them into an empty ice tray in the freezer for 10-15minutes or until there cold. When ready put them over your eyes. flipping them over as they warm up to the skin. cucumbers sre good too for there water content.
as for using a product- only apply it to the orbital bone around the eye not over the eyelid. during the day natural oils in your skin will move the product around eventually reaching the affected areas.

I'm using sea weed cleanser of body shop and toner @Devon.

Sea weed is good for drawing out impurities e.g black heads, blocked/congested pores and removing excess sebum from the skin's surface but might be a little harsh, try using rose water as a cleanser and a cream cleanser is also good (water in oil emulsion) as it's very rich, creamy texture great for removing make-up/dirt while not dragging/irritating the skin and adding moisture to the skin
