Of course. You can start wearing foundation whenever. Some girls start at 13 years old and some older :) It shouldn't damage your skin unless you happen to be allergic to something in the product.

The best thing to do is start using an anti aging serum or moisturizer the minute you start using makeup! The skin is sensitive especially under you eyes and you use a lot of tugging motions when applying foundation - having an anti aging or anti wrinkle moisturizer will really help!

About thin wrinkles under eyes... a lot of ladies are obsessed about them. I consider them normal for some eye shapes, skin don,t have to be without any lines. You should just get some good care products to moisturize your skin and prevent aging.
I,m 22, using anti age ( moisturizer and eye cream) for about 4 months, skin looks better, but wrinkles under eye are still there, but I always had them.

I'm 24 and I have been using foundation for about 7 years (once or twice a week). I don't think it damaged my skin so far because everybody thinks that I look younger than I really am. I use mufe's hd foundation and a skin regimen from michael todd + clarisonic. I too have thin wrinkles under my eyes, especially when I smile or laugh, but they are not bothering me. I use face masks once or twice a week and I've just found an eyes & lips mask which is supposed to be applied under the eyes, on the lids and lips, as well.

Foundation won't do any harm to your skin in the long run. just make sure you wash it off at night...always. if your starting to get conserned about lines start using a retinol product. roc, oil of Olay or neutregina. and always use a moisturizer. try cereve over the retinol product at night. use an spf moisturizer during the day, again try creave. the lines you have that are worse on one side is most likely from sun exposure. I have them worse on my left side that where the sun hits my face while I'm driving
