To work at Sephora or Mac is my dream! I have applied a few times before but never get a call back UHGG! What can I do better? or to at least have a chance for an interview?

Do you ever call them? after you apply & haven't gotten a call in like a week, you should call them & say that you applied & are still interested in the job. that can help your chances because then they know you're serious about it.

Yes I usually try to call the week after, I've been thinking about making a profile but have never done it... I should really get on that! how should you go dressed? would just a black pair of leggings be okay or should I wear slacks when I go apply...again! lol.

Slacks cuz you want to show them you mean business leggings are no good they are more for going out
