My sister gave me an Urban Decay 24/7 Glide -On Shadow Pencil. I was super excited to use it only to find out that it seems to have dried out a bit. It's not very smooth and you have to tug really hard on your skin to get anything off of the stick. It's a beautiful color (Delinquent) and I was wondering if there was anyway to fix the dried out-ness.

use a lighter and melt the tipa bit. wait til the tip is a little cool and use. the pigment will be cream and smooth. hope this helps :D

Hot water or blow drier?

Hot water doesn't work. Bow drier is not handy at all. Lighter is the way to go.

I use blow dryers to pot my pencils... :/
