Hard Candy at Wal Mart has great glitter. I don't like the brush that comes with it

I would go with LA Splash but be careful about buying loose glitter because many of them are not safe for the eyes or lips!

i know i shouldnt be doing this, but sometimes i use crafting glitter on my eyes and i havent had any issues with it :\ ive been extra careful with its use.
