You can try hair, skin, & nail pills.
Use little to no heat. Deep condition more.

Your hair growth rate is genetic. it will only grow as fast as it would at it's healthiest. so tips on keeping it healthy..
-eat healthy
-drink a lot of water
-use coconut oil as a strengthening treatment
-get trims as necessary
-use as little heat as possible
-when using heat always use a heat protectant like It's a 10
-use a sulfate free shampoo & conditioner. L'oreal Everstrong is a great line
-deep condition your hair

Try to not wash your hair as often, or you could stop washing your hair completely (no-poo or WO method online) it sounds disgusting but if you research the no shampoo method it will explain all the benefits. Also there are vitamins that will stimulate hair growth such as biotin, iron, zinc, folic acid, vitamin A, C and especially vitamin B. massage your scalp to stimulate blood circulation, stop brushing your hair as often and stop using heat products (or use a good heat protectant spray), get regular trims just to get rid of any split ends, otherwise the split ends will travel up the hair shaft and the split ends will break off and your hair will become brittle. So try and reduce the products and heat you put in your hair and get your vitamins. Also eat protein since your hair is make from protein. :)

NOTHING will work, apart from a healthy balanced diet. Massaging your head doesn't g et the blood flowing at all, excersise does!! drink plenty of water!! And my best tip is to WRAP YOUR HAIR AT NIGHT IN A SCARF! Look on YouTube for wrapping your hair, it keeps it straight over night and protects and strengthens hair, dosent make it grow, but you will have stronger hair that won't break off as easily :) cxxx

Avoid silicones and sulphates. moisturize your hair well. curly hair needs moisture. Don't use heat since it ruins curl pattern. Also deep condition your hair once a week or so.
