I have sensitive, dry skin and I'm looking for a primer that will help smooth out dry flakey patches in the winter weather.

I like smashbox primer I also have dry skin but a primer won't really smooth dryness in my experience. Dry deep moisturizers as well

Cover FX has a great hydrating primer which I can use without it irritating my skin or breaking me out and I have super sensitive skin thats acne-prone. I still do use a hydrating serum & moisturizer combo during the winter because it just helps my skin look better.
