Airbrush is like a spray like thing which sprays on makeup. Like on the picture. It makes a smooth skin and stays on the skin really long, from 12-24 hours! The makeup doesn't settle into wrinkles and lines.

Magazines use airbrushing to make their models look better. Have a look at American Eagles Aerie real underwear models, they use no photoshopping. Then look at regular underwear models. The regular, photoshopped underwear models have no imperfections, no tattoos, no rolls on their stomachs, nothing. They've been perfectised by editing (generally photoshop) and by makeup.
