I've used Lancome Teint Idole Ultra 24H for a long time. It gives you a fresh-faced, full coverage look. I've tried other foundations, but this one is by far my fave. Good luck! Check it out:

another really good one is kat von d's foundation. I worked for lancome, estee lauder and a few others and that is actually my fav. great coverage, best I have seen and it doesn't feel cakey. its 34 dollars at sephora!

Revlon Colorstay Whipped Foundation is great for evening skin tone. It's medium to full coverage & has a natural to matte finish. In my opinion, it's the best drugstore foundation I've ever used. It's great if you have combo to oily skin as it helps controlling oil as well. =]

I apply it with my fingers. I tried applying it with a stippling brush & that was a mess & I've yet to apply it with paddle foundation brush or a buffer brush.
Applying it with my fingers melts it right into my skin. It feels great!
