Has any used this with their foundation routine? & if so do you still apply a primer?

I have it did do a lot better than most primers for me but I have very oily skin so it still wasn't enough. When I did use it I used it without primer.

I use it every day under my primer. Make sure to let the MOM dry for a few minutes before applying primer though.
