Every time I've done makeup on guys all I really have to do is put a little foundation on them and powder them. The rest of my job is blotting them with a towel to keep the shine off/mop up the sweat (band guys shooting a music video, they sweat like crazy lol. gross though, I know.) Depending on the shoot though I'd maybe do some light contouring and highlighting. The great thing about men is they usually don't need much makeup because usually you want them to look the way they are naturally just without the shine showing up on camera.
