How can you tell when it's time to toss your beautyblender? I am still on my first one and it seems like it's still doing good but over the last few times I used it, it hasn't done as great a job of blending and leaving a flawless finish. Could this be because it's time to toss it or what?

Hi Marcy, usually if its the true beauty blender they're suppose to last 6 months or so but depends on the care and wash of the product.If its a blender beauty sponge of another brand they usually don't have great lasting power and can go bad within days or weeks.

I wash mine in the shower in the morning so it is ready to go when I do my face. I think I have had this one for about 6 or 7 months but I don't use it every day. I use it like 3 times a week.

I've had mine for about 5 mths and I use it about 3 times a week n wash it after each use. I've read that its good for 3 to 6 mths so I may toss it in a few weeks and get a new one.
