Ugh so annoying!!

So my nails grow pretty fast EXCEPT my middle and ring finger. They grow so. slow. And they break so easily. Anyone have any ideas to grow them? I use cuticle oil and lotion, I use a strengthener and whatnot.

Have you tried putting garlic in your basecoat yet? I've heard really good things from people who have done that.
