Yeah it should, look it up or go to sephora and ask someone there they have a ton of skin care products :)

Toners tighten pores, remove cleansers off face, prevent oily skin, and if they contain alcohol/witch hazel can prevent/reduce apperance of spots :) depending on what colour the pigmentation is, you could probably find a mask/concelear best suited without it looking too heavy :) more infor would be great then I could try help more.
