Okay so I have tried everything so far and nothing is helping because it is hormonal cystic acne. My period is jacked up because of a new medicine and so my skin looks horrible. I have a clarisonic, have tried honey, liquid advil gels, toners, grease lighting, mint julep mask, clearasil, clean and clear, neutrogena, drinking tons of water, etc.and nothing is working!! What spot treatment can I try? It is upsetting me so much because I have never broken out this much😪😪😪 it hurts so bad too, I just don't know what to do? And what helps with redness beside visine??

I highly advise going to a dermatoligist, they'll give you a strong cream or pill which can fix the problem. I went to the doctor for my severe acne and within 2 days of being pescribed the cream he gave me the acne went from an angry red to a baby pink!!

Also for a cleanser go for Cetaphil, so gentle, lasts a long time and makes your skin so soft! xx

Thanks you guys, I wouldn't say its severe though because its only been a couple of days but its just weird because even when I used to have acne really bad it wasn't this big.

A dermatologist will use a cortisone shot if it's really bad, which should clear it up. Try not to touch it and try not to pop it. I know how hard that can be, but cystic acne is further beneath the skin than regular acne- which will lead to scarring.
I use Neutrogena RapidClear, and I love it. They have a stress line too, that may help with this.

Go see a dermatologist, don't waste time or money when its cystic.

Sounds like your face is going through what mine did. I got very bad cystic acne in August of 2012. It started two months after going off the implanon (birth control). The cysts started on my right side of my face and eventually spread to my other side. It happened all in a month. I was depressed and anti social because my face had always been clear. I've tried everything out there. EVERYTHING. Sticking with something is going to be your best bet. I have finally clear my cysts and although there are scars, I'm very happy. I will tell you what I think cleared my skin up.
Vitamins! And a routine!
I take all of these vitamins everyday:
Multi-vitamin
Vitamins: A,B,C,D3,E
Fish/flax/borage
Cod Liver
Enchinacea
Turmeric
Cinnamonl

And what I really think was the icing on the cake is the Burdock Root I take.
If you google it for acne there are some pretty amazing stories of how it cleared cystic acne.
I've been taking these supplements for about two months now and I haven't had any cysts.(I've had breakouts, but I believe that's from the bio oil I used to help my scars, which I won't be using again)
I've stopped washing my face twice a day to only once. It the morning I rinse with warm water then put coconut oil on and massage my face for a few minutes. I then rinse it off with cold water. Then at night I wash the makeup off with Burt's Bees sensitive. Then I put coconut oil on again and massage it on my face. Then rinse with cold water. As waaaalaaaa. My face is almost back to what it once was. Clear. Taking these vitamins I've noticed my face NEVER gets oily like it used to. Which is awesome for you if you have an oil problem. Good luck to you, I hope whatever you find works! Stick to something for at least a few months. Consistency is key!

I didn't have health insurance is why I never went to a derm. But if you have it go! I wish I had just forked up the cash but I am left with scars from the cysts. & my picking/scratching/cutting didn't help.

For that type of acne only antibiotics or topical like stievamycin will work don't bother spending fortune on beauty products it is a waste of money.
