During the summer my face is fine, but during the winter it's so oily it's disgusting. I've tried so many different products. Everything I use is oil free and I even use oil absorbing face wash. But by the end of the day my face is noticeably shiny (especially nose and forehead) to the point where my eyebrow powder is even shining and almost liquid. Oil removing pads don't work for me either. Please help :c.

You simply aren't allowing your skin to moisturize itself, and by stripping it of oil you aren't doing anything but causing more oil production. Your skin is the largest sensory organ on your body. It produces oil to protect and moisturize as well as clean itself. Without the sebum that is produced by the sebaceous glands, our largest organ would not function properly. What we have traditionally done throughout the years, especially those with oily skin, is use harsh cleansers and astringents to strip away the oils. So when we go and use these harsh detergents and soaps and strip away our naturally occurring sebum, the skin goes into overdrive and produces even MORE oil to replace and compensate the oil that has been removed.
The more you take, the more it makes.
Basic chemistry lesson…like dissolves like. Meaning, oil will dissolve oil. ( Have you ever tried removing nail polish from your nails with nail polish? ) It will also clean and replace. You are better off taking a cotton ball, dipping it in oil, and cleaning your skin, then stripping it of oil. The clean oil will not only dissolve the dirty oil and replace it, but it will also clean out your pores.
The best oils will probably be the non-comedogenic ones for your skin type, which would be
Argan, Rosehip, Hemp, & Jojoba. You can apply your moisturizer and then a couple of drops of oil after, or add a couple of drops into your moisturizer and combine the two.

Sephora does sell some oils to use on your face as well, if you don't feel like you can buy any of these or get ahold of them.

You should try to reduce oil on your skin using some natural products. Some products that you buy will make your skin ok or it will make it ok just for a bit of time and after that your skin can become very dry and looks older... So you can always try with some natural products like lemons. Cut one lemon and put a lemon juice on your skin , leave it for about 30 min and then wash it off. This is very sensitive so it can just help you , but if it doesn't help you , it can't make it worth.. Hope that I hepled you. Good luck!;)

Well what I used is an olay product for oily and combination skin. It works amazingly usually I, put that on at night so then I just apply cream and I go to bed and I feel great in the morning and my skin looks great.

Invest in some good oil blotting sheets for during the day. Make sure you use a moisturizer in your daily routine. Just because you have oily skin doesn't mean it doesn't need essential oils to stay healtjy.
