Well, the weather is very cold where I am. It has definitely taken a toll on my lips. What are like lip care routines and chapsticks that will help? And also whenever I use like any chap stick I get this really weird and nasty like white almost film thing on my lips? That sounds gross, but is there a way to I don't know, reduce or fix it? Haha thanks! :)

I exfoliate and use a thick lip balm like Nivea.at night and I use a tinted lip balm like Korres or babylips for the day.

My lip savior is the Mac lip conditioner. and also a good cheap exfoliater is this one by elf, it comes in a lipstick tube but has little grainy things in it? I forget what it's called but yeah mostly just the mac lip conditioner lol.

I use pawpaw ointment and that always seems to do the trick.

I ever so often exfoliate my lips with damp brown sugar then I use hives stuff on them at night and in the morning then I wear a moisturizing lip product.

Exfoliate once a week using sugar or brown sugar, and use Aquaphor on your lips at night-- tons better than Vaseline. I think the chubby sticks from clinique are a really good daytime lip moisturizer without making your lips feel gross and sticky. And the color selection is great. :)

I use The Body Shop lip butter on them at night, I put it on really thickly, then during the day I use Palmers, Nivea or Vaseline (whatever one I find:D). My lips are normally terrible, but after using these they've been fine:D
