Honestly I've never heard of it but if you have the funds I suggest you try the St. Tropez tanning mousse.

Fake bake is one of my favorite fake tans they have a ton of different options amd I haven't specifically used the flawless one but every one I've used from them has been awesome. they are all green based browns so they won't give you and orange glow it will be a natural olive color. as for streaky thay really depends on how you apply this one looks like it comes with the mitt so application wouldn't be streaky just rub in circles.

Fake bake is really comparable to st tropez and depending on what size you buy in st tropez about the same price.

I have only used the banana boat airbrushed spray one not the lotion and it was okay all around but as for drugstore really good. if your a beginner I would suggest not getting a spray as that can easily turn out streaky. loreal also has a good drug store lotion tanner. it can be kind of drying so I would suggest putting regular lotion on after it is dry. all drug store fake tans are orange based not green so they can look orange especially if you use a lot. exfoliating before and putting lotion on dryer areas like hands feet elbows knees and if you put it on after your shower be sure you wait until your skin is completely dry to avoid uneven streaks.
