I use coconut oil and it has completely changed my rough/dry/brittle/frizzy hair. I'm naturally brunette but my hair has be dyed blonde so much that it has lost thickness and was just really unhealthy. I put it in my hair twice a week and sometimes I even sleep in it. You can tell after one use of it! Using hot tools everyday and having people compliment how soft and healthy my hair is/looks really lets me know this stuff is awesome!
