I'm about to take a shower and I was wondering if I should put a deep conditioner in my hair overnight. If I do that, I'll have to wash it tomorrow and blowdry it. I could just let my hair air dry overnight with no treatment in it. What is the better option?

Would it be more healing to my hair to remove heat for one day (I don't use it every day or anything) or use a deep treatment? PS. I don't have much time to just wash out the treatment before bed.

You only deep condition for 15-20 mins, not over night.

I say use it for 15mins and no heat.

Thanks! But I don't have time to wash it out later

You can deep condition over night, your hair will just stop absorbing moisture after a certain point and the product will just sit there, but it's not really damaging (or it hasn't been for me anyway). Deep conditioning is good for your hair regardless and you should try to do it about once a week or every other week.
