I believe Rahma what your experiencing is just plain acne & the dark spots are caused from the higher pigmentation (darker skin tone) I'm no expert on skin care like some of the ladies on here, Traci & Shelby but Neutragena Oil-Free Acne Wash keeps my pores clean & blemishes to a minimum. I usually wash with it in the evening before bed to remove all the left over makeup that my wipes leave behind, pollution, oils. Then I pat my face dry & immediately apply my face lotion. Since you already have some dark spots a product like the one Sara recommended will help fade them. Hope this helps!!

They look like papules to me rather than pustules as their is no head, applying ice over them will reduce redness, you skin is most likely sensitive to stimulation, in which case you should be very gentle with it and avoid harsh products, can.I've a bit more info on your skin type and I can make up a cleansing routine to help you specifically :) (Studying beauty therapy)
