Do you know what is causing it? If it is product build up, rinse with vinegar. If it is excess oils, try a dandruff shampoo (Head & Shoulders, Selsum Blue) and don't wash your hair every day; let it get used to producing a normal amount of oil. If your scalp is dry, try a hydrating shampoo and conditioner, and only wash a couple times a week.
I used to have bad dandruff and none of the shampoos would work. I realized it was because I have a dry scalp, so I stopped washing every day. I started using a shampoo/conditioner combo when I do wash my hair (two or three times a week). Now, no more problems. :) Hope this helps.
