If your hair is breaking, the only thing that will fix it is to cut the ends off. If you don't, they're just going to continue splitting up the shaft and ruin your hair even more. If you'd like to hear my hair routine, I'll happily share it. My hair is extremely healthy. However, my methods are not all natural, and if you want an all natural routine I recommend you ask Kitty K :)
