I searched online but nothing until it hit me...
Michael's craft store. Thats right... I picked up two small paint brushed and they work amazing. I can create a perfect winged liner with no need to do any clean up. I also use a regular paint brush to apply my concealor under my brows. The picture shows the brushes. The light one was $2.99 and the black one was $4.99.

One of the mua I subscribe to on YouTube did a walk through video & Michaels showing all the different brushes she uses, which type to get. She uses several of them. You can find just about any type of brush. Pencil, shader, liner, foundation. I was totally amazed that I could get a brush similar to high end brushes for just a couple bucks as opposed to a hundred bucks!! Artists that paint on canvas are equally picky about their brushes also!! They even carry goat hair brushes & taklon (sp?) I totally forgot about this until this post!! Ty, ty, ty cause I need a few brushes & haven't been able to afford them. I'm so excited all over again!! ((((Hugs)))))

@ Seph..lol!! & @Shelby, I was just getting ready to make a post on the best way to apply cream shadows. I see most ppl use their fingers but I find that difficult with long nails! I'm assuming my small concealor brush would work best due to it being synthetic hair & won't soak up the pigment like goat hair??
