It really depends what you want to achieve!
For the face, there are a lot of different types of primers so it depends what your main concern is:
•longevity- benefit stay flawless stick primer
•acne protection- smashbox blemish control
•colour correcting- Victorias Secret has many in different ones for redness, neutralizing under stones etc.Oiliness- Animo Genesis 7 in one or MURAD matte
Pore reduction- benefit Porefessional
Dryness- Revlon Photoready perfecting primer
As for the eyes, there are quite a few good ones!

The only thing about the Lovely ME:EX is that it is really heavily scented so if your skin gets irritated easily or you are sensitive to or easily offended by smells it probably wouldn't be a good option.
