Since you have fair skin you might want to stick to light eyeshadow colors, what color are your eyes? :-) I have fair skin too and wear light pink.

Fair skin is about 65% pink undertones and 35% yellow undertones, and so you can wear both warm and cool tones :-) tuape, brown, purple, olive, chamange colors will be very flattering :)
