Omg I have the WORST leg cramps. I feel you, the only sure thing that helps me every time is take a really hot bath. Seriously , make it as hot as you can (without burning yourself), milk is supposed to ease cramps too.

Try putting something cold like Cola on your stomach. People say it works. Lucky me, I don't have to try it myself because I don't need it.

Icy-hot cream works really well for cramps! I use it all the time and it really helps to ease them. Hot baths are also good. Hope you feel better!
