Ask a makeup professional to show you some tips and ask her how to achieve it maybe?

You can take esthetics courses as well some places offer night school courses for a cheaper price. You could also get your make up done and watch and ask a lot of questions.

There's also online makeup academies that offer the same degrees as cosmetology school for $10-$40, and they're legitimate. Let me see if I can find the one I'm thinking of.

I can't for the life of me remember the name, but I suggest you find Miss Jackie, Jacqueline H, and ask her. She'll have some great suggestions for you.

I might be wrong about the $10, I think it's $20...oy. I haven't done nearly enough research on that, I'm sorry!

Jacqueline H is a moderator on here, and also a brilliant makeup artist full of helpful advice. Unfortunately there's no good way to find her, you could definitely try browsing the makeup artist section on here, or if you're on a computer you can click on me and look through the people I follow, she's there.

Don't go to cosmetology school for makeup. Cosmetology focuses primarily on hair and very little on makeup. Do some research in your area and don't settle for an overly priced school. Some of these schools are beyond pricy.

I went to cosmetology school and esthetics school you only have about two weeks of makeup in both I took makeup classes on the side and learned more that way.

Practice practice practice it's the best way to learn ask your friends family to work on them. Watching videos and reading books are good but practice it's the best way.
