Everyone asks these questions but I never remember what they say, but yes I have one of those dreaded spots, no head no redness just pain! I've only just got this lump on my chin and just wanted to know tips to get rid of it, I can't go to a dermatologist to have an injection to make it go away so any home remedies would be super!

They're cystic pimples. Try putting a hot washcloth on it for 15 minutes and see if it comes to a head. If it doesn't, put tea tree oil or your preferred blemish treatment on it and leave it alone. If it does, and you're like me (you really want to pop it), wash your hands, pop it or lance it, squeeze all the excess and then apply a treatment. I don't recommend that though, it's so bad for your skin.

ATTENTION! I'm assuming you want it to come out long enough to be able to kill it. Well I'm going to give you some hardcore tip. TOMATO!! Cut a piece of the inner part, a bit if flèche with the slimy part attached to it. Stick it to your bump with a band aid and leave it there overnight. It will show its nasty face. KILL IT!!

Those are the worst and so hard to get rid of. first off don't mess w it it will only make it worse. apply a salicylic acid to it a couple times a day salycilc works to penetrate deep in your pore. I get those sometimes and treat it w that and aha acids. using these will really help get rid of them faster. I know they have saved me from getting them injected more then once

Don't squeeze it if no head is showing, it will make it worse. It's cystic acne. Hot compresses will help. Origins active charcoal masks work wonders on cystic zits for me-usually brings it to a head in about a day.

Cystic pimples. Hate those damn things. Mario Badescu has a lotion that you can put on it. I've heard in some forums people swear by it for these things. I have it and it works amazingly for any zit I have cystic or not.

3-step process:
1) Cry bitter tears. Those evil things hurt worse than death.
2) DO NOT TOUCH (this is the hardest step. I fail at it)
3) Get a cooling gel with salicylic acid. Neutropenia and Clean & Clear both make them.
