What the best combination of oils ( essential and normal) to use for face cleansing for oily acne prone skin? Also along with acne, helps brighten skin and lighten acne scars?

I would recommend about 70% castor oil to 30% jojoba or sweet almond oil, with a tad of tea tree oil in there. The castor is what sucks the gunk our of your pores, the jojoba moisturizes, and the tea tree oil has antibacterial properties. (thats basic the rough explanation for each oil).

Although I love coconut oil for body moisturizing, it's too comediogenic for getting face, in my opinion. Lots of people have no problem using it but myself I would not take the chance.

@ amy, do you wash it off after or leave in that mixture?

With my face, I use the castor and sweet almond oil (I use more less castor bc my skin is dry), and I massage it in for 2-5 mins depending on how much time I have. Then I wipe it off with a steamy hot wash cloth. I make sure to do that at least 3-4 times to be sure it's all off. Then I usually tap my face dry with a dry cloth and rub in just one tiny drop of sweet almond oil. That I do not rub/rinse off. I have found if I don't use that drop of oil as a moisturizer my skin gets too tight and dry. Please note that you do sometimes have to give your skin a minute or two to absorb a moisturizing oil. For example, when I put it on my face, my face will often look very oily. But after about two mins it's all soaked in and I just look glowy. :)
If you were asking about the coconut oil, I just use that like I would lotion. I rub some on my body right as I step out of the shower to lock in moisture. And I don't wash it off as it soaks into my skin.
