I am from India and cetaphil is available in my country but it's not as effective as compared to USA cetaphil does anyone know any website where I can place an order but the problem is I don't hav a credit card o can pay after delivery :)

I don't know if they have this in India, but could you buy a prepaid visa gift card? Then use that to pay for the product. I don't think anybody will allow for payment after delivery... Sorry.
