The Kat Von D True Romance Palettes hands down. They're amazing, beautiful palettes. Great colors, great formula and pigmentation, endless possibilities. But no one ever acknowledges them because they're too busy raving about the Naked Palettes! I also think that any L'oreal mascara is pretty underrated, and the Benefit They're Real mascara is very overrated.

Overrated: UDPP dries quickly and shadows can be hard to blend over another so I don't really like it
Underrated: Nivea has got an good moisturizer for sensitive skin and I really like it

Overrated would have to be chanel makeup. I bought some a long time ago and found no use for it. But people love to take pictures of it. And underrated would have to be elf because people think it's super cheap it's poor quality but I think that have quite a few great products on their line.

^so with you on the kvd palettes, they are amazing in pigment, texture, and longevity and hardly get any love. for overrated I'd say NARS orgasm and MAC on a whole:/ I really love MAC's mineralize skinfinishes, but nothing else has ever worked too well on me:(

Also underrated is Lorac I feel. I love their CC cream and they have gorgeous palettes too.

^^ Definitely!! I hate that Baby Lips; it did nothing for me other than making my lips feel greasy. For the 2 seconds that Benefit was sold in my country, I tried They're Real and it was just a clumpy mess. I also think MAC products in general are overrated. There are a lot of dupes for their lipsticks; their eyeshadows are overpriced; their face products break me out; I'm just not a fan!
For underrated products, Stila waterproof mascara and their eyeshadow palettes. The pigmentation and consistency is awesome and deserves a lot more recognition.

And I have to agree, the Kat Von D palettes are gorgeous, well worth investing in.
Also the difference between MUFE Aqua Liners, Urban Decay 24/7 and Smashbox Timeless waterproof pencils? Nothing!
KJ Bennett (the MUA) said they're all made by the same manufacturer. Same formula, different packaging.

Oh and the Skindinavia setting sprays are way underrated. Everyone hops on Urban Decays, but Skindinavia makes them, and they work a lot better imo.

Lexi, Skindinavia used to make Urban Decay's, which is why people still buy the UD versions. I happen to have an original by Skindinavia and it's amazing.

Also those rimmel scandaleyes liners are incredible! The taupe one is to die for, and the nude is almost the same as NARS' rue bonaparte, just a tad warmer. And physician's formula eye booster liner + serum in ultra black! Amazing.

Also, underrated would be the Physician's Formula and the NYC Blushes. Absolutely glorious. Nice textures, beautiful colors, great prices!

Not anymore I don't think, but don't quote me. They used to be credited on the bottles, and now they're not, so that's my thought.
