I saw some online from Forever 21, H&M, 2b, and Urban Outfitters (:
I think the cutters ones that are most similar to this were the ones from Forever21 though

I'm not a fan of how she's wearing them. It looks kind of ghetto. However , I have seen some girls wear them and look really cute in them. F21 has some cute floral ones that I'm considering buying.
