I think a smokey eye and loose curls would look nice you can tone the smokey eye down a bit of you whant.

I LOVE the dress! You can do some kind of smokey eye with a bit of your dresses colour in it, and curls will be great :)

Or maybe this. And for makeup I would do something really dark or silver eye makeup would look good. And I would wear a pretty silver necklace and bracelet
