Hi guys I know this isn't beauty related but I don't know where else to put it. I want to start eating healthier but I have a huge sweet tooth! So if you guys can offer me some recipes or things that curb cravings that would be great! Thanks :)

I know a great tip to stop craving for sweet.. whenever you want to eat sweet just smell the vanilla extract and it will minimize the craving.

I have to eat healthy for boxing, and I can honestly say it's not that hard if you go about it the right way. A lot of people just force themselves to eat healthy but what you need to do is find the things you enjoy and eat those., quinoa, chicken, veggies, fruits and water are basically all I eat, I just find what I enjoy and eating healthy becomes less of a chore. When I'm craving something sweet I'll cut a banana into thin slices, put a bit of cinnamon on it an pop it in the microwave! It's delicious :) it works for apples too! Also those thinsations 100 cal bags of cookies are good in moderation

Stick to these food groups. Fruits, vegies, eggs, meat, and nuts. Staying on this kind of lifestyle will minimize your sugar cravings.

If you're dancing eat lots of proteins and try and only eat carbs in the morning and then a bit right before dance! Minimize nuts as well and eat more vegetables than fruits

Girl I have the same problem I eat healthy but I am biggest sugar addict there is. But whenever I get a sweet tooth craving I eat yogurt because I usually am craving ice cream or chocolate. For my chocolate craving I have to give in its a guilty pleasure.

Try to substitute things. like instead of a cupcake, maybe a celery stick. and like if you substituted a snack everyday, maybe at the end of the week you could reward yourself with something sweet. also I love this quote "when you eat good, you feel good. when you eat bad, you feel..." good luck.

Brittany really hit the nail on the head! Don't be afraid to explore and experiment with different fruits and veggies! One of my favorite snacks is celery, cucumbers, and carrots all cut up into tiny bits topped with 1 tbsp of italian dressing. I'd also suggest looking up recipes online; it'll help get the ball rolling, and with endless possibilities for meals and snacks it's impossible to find something you won't like. :)

Also, it's important you don't deprive yourself of fun foods. It's all right to have chips and soda every once in a while. If you're having trouble kicking bad habits you could cut down on how much you're eating instead of getting rid of it altogether. I find that tends to stick better anyway. :)
