Don't use heat on your hair a lot, use hair masks, don't brush it when it's wet but if you have to use a wide tooth comb, don't wash it everyday, don't color it much, eat healthy, don't wash your hair in really hot water and if you can wash it in cold water. And that's all I could think of right now.

Keep your hair healthy and moisturized. Get trims every few months (I got less than an inch off and my hair is much better), don't use a lot of heat, don't wash your hair everyday, use a deep conditioning mask, and of course eat healthy and drink lots of water! I would also suggest don't use hair products with a ton of chemicals in them and don't dye/highlight your hair either.

I went to the hairdressers six weeks ago and had a 'healthy trim' and my hair grew so much! It normally grows about 4" but it grew double:)

Eat healthy. get trims when needed. do strengthening treatments. coconut & castor oil are good. use sulfate & silicone free shampoo & conditioner. L'oreal Everstrong is a great line that Hannah recommended. I love it. use as little heat as possible. when using heat use a protectant like Its a 10. try leave in conditioner. also try Moroccan argan oil. hope this helped!
