I have a sorta of lacy blue dress. It's sorta indigo. What should I wear for eyeshadow and lips? I will be wearing it in the day.

I'd go with golden/cream colored eye makeup with matching navy liner and maybe pink lips :)

I was going to say nudes and golds for eyes...maybe even a silver or white. If you decide on nude eyes go for a brighter lip and the opposite for good or silver eyes.

Personally I don't like that rule^ not to be rude but simple navy eyeliner with bright pink lips would be a showstopper. But, as always, it's Britney's choice.

The colors silver white gold black and grey look great with blue you should try doing something with those colors.

Cream colors and shimmery colors. For lips if go with a shimmery nude or a lip colored lipstick.
