Apply a bit of lemon juice or place ice cube on blemish for 2 minutes. It should help.

Ice will reduce redness/swelling, long term to.get rid of them cleanse, tone, and moisturise with products for your skin types twice a day, and once a week use a green tea mask :) 2 teabags at least steep in water for an hour, make sure it's cool then add a tsp of sugar, honey and lemon, massage on to face leave for 10-15min and rinse off :)
