I've got really bad red pimples (no head) and I need them gone before Australia day weekend!

I don't want any of those 'honey and lemon facials' I just need practical things I can do! xx

If you put ice on your pimples for about 15 min. it will reduce the redness!! To get rid of it put Benzoil peroxide on each pimple, but only on the pimples not your skin! If you do your skin will be super dry! You can put the Benzoil peroxide on at night time and keep it on overnight! Make sure that you are in bed from 11:00p.m. the latest! Because from 11:00pm to 2:00pm is when your skin is able to kind of fix itself or maybe rejuvenate itself if that makes any sense lol.!

There's no magical solution, sadly, but the best you can do is not to pop them, otherwise it gets worse, try applying some cleansing product with salisilyc acid, a tonic of some refreshing herbs (lavender, tea tree, aloe vera, etc) and a mask that dries off the acne. Hope this helps.

I've heard putting ice on them reduces redness (but doesn't actually get rid of them), and I agree with Kiymoi. just be careful because if you're allergic to benzoil peroxide, it will make your face red and sometimes itchy :-/

I find putting on a little aloe Vera gel and then putting on either clinique dramatically different lotion or Cerave moisturizing cream.

Put sudocrem on them to bring them out quicker as it is a healing cream.

Tea tree oil applied to the spots will kill bacteria, and dry out the spot, cleanse, tone, apply tea tree to spots, then moisturise, twice a day, don't go at them, ice rubbed over them will reduce redness/swelling, and avoid make-up for as long as you can after facial so products have time to absorb and you can get the most out of them :)
