I never use to have really bad acne but now it's getting worse. It use to be just in my T-zone. (Literally it was like a strip the with of my nose) but recently it's been spreading like fire across my forehead. It's not like pimples but little dotted bumps. Does anyone know how to get rid of the little bumps? Anything to help me reduce my acne would be great.

Do a aspirin mask, 5 pills of aspirin, lemon , honey, smash it together and put it on your face for about 10-15 minutes. (:

They will probably be whiteheads if you can't really squeeze them. I have them all over my face :(

Cleanse your face using a cleanser with salicylic acid in it or the tea tree cleanser from the body shop. Then use a toner. I like to use witch hazel or the tea tree toner from the body shop. I also heard Apple Cider Vinegar is a good toner.. It has to be diluted though. After you tone make sure to moisturize! I love the CeraVe Moisturizing lotion. If you want to do a spot treatment on your acne you can use tea tree oil. Another thing I recommend is using a scrub made of honey, olive oil, and brown sugar. Use this exfoliant twice a week at night. Last thing I do to take care of my skin is do a face mask once a week using the tea tree face mask from the body shop. Hope this helps :)

Could be just body heat. Try to consume lot of water and things that cool your body. No soda, spice, fatty stuff.

The best facial cleanser that I've used is by Burts Bees. It removes all dirt and makeup. You can get it at the drugstore and it's great. I've used a lot if expensive skin care and cleansers in the past, this is by far the best.

Tamara. I just bought a new foundation last week and ever since I put it on it seems to be getting worse (though I have no known allergies)
And thanks for the recommendations I will see what I can find at my local store (out of the things that were recommended)

Don't wash your face with soap or anything too harsh. Use make up remover wipes or non scented or perfumed baby wipes for newborns if they are available try not to strip the oils out of your face too much as this will make your acne worse. Use a moisturiser morning and night. I had to use sunbirds in the end for a few months. Not ideal at all but got rid of the acne. If you do go down that path be very careful and only do 3 mins at a time approx 3-4 times a week no more and always wear eye protection!! Plus go somewhere clean an cover any moles you may have.

That sounds like congestion, if you can feel them under your skin, but they are not red and or have no "head" then that's generally just blocked pores, exfoliation will get rid of this :) try a sugar and oil scrub, 1 tbsp of oil and one tbsp of sugar mixed together till a grainy consistency and massage into area then rinse off, repeat 1-2 a week for normal/dry skin, or 2-3 times a week for oily/combination skin :)
