I thought about doing a deep purple ombré with black tips. How can I do it at home? And what's the best permanent dye to buy that's on the inexpensive side?

Try searching on Pinterest and see what they got. Other than that, I'll try to find some pics for you ☺

When doing it grab your hair in a ponytail so you don't go overboard. I heard splat is good but I'm not sure, I never dyed my hair an unnatural color before.

Will the colors just fade together? What about when I'm rinsing out the dye? Should I do one color first then the other color? I've never done 2 colors at once before.

To avoid mixing you should do one color first wash it off and maybe you can do the other color the next day. The colors will fade together.

But if your not sure you should go get it done at a salon.

Lazylittleme on YouTube did a three tone tutorial, you could try that using the colours you want.

How long does splat last? I'd like it to be permanent.

Or at least more than a few months.

You're not going to be able to go months with a vibrant color your going to have to touch it up almost every two weeks
