Well, after a post I did for suggestions on changing my looks, I decided I want caramel highlights. However I live in Germany and out of some personal experience, I'm not crazy about hair salons here. My hair is thick, dark and extremely abundant. Exactly the opposite of the regular population here. They don't know what to do with all of that. I don't want them to improvise doing something very complicated. Can any of you girls explain to me what's the simplest procedure to get highlights? I want to know what they'll do before they do it. I'm terrified.

Mariana I'm from Denmark and I know a lot of girls with thick and different hair goes to afro hair salons, they often have a very different knowledge about that type of hair :)
