Are you kidding? I LOVE this mascara. Just picked it up at Ulta two weeks ago and I am still loving it. It makes my lashes look so volumized, long, and black. Sorry it didn't work for you!

I didn't like it at all either. I have pretty long lashes and it didn't do anything for them AT ALL. I gave it three tries and I'm done with it. I'm sorry it broke your lashes, I would write to the company and tell them. They'll send you some type of compensation.

I absolutely hated it as well. It was clumpy and my top lashes were sticking to my bottom lashes when I blinked pretty much all day. I also had a really hard time getting it off, and I was using good quality remover. I returned it to Ulta and got my $12 back.
