Do "zit zapper" products really work? Do they really make zits go away? If so which one do you recommend? I'm breaking out and I have an event in two days!

I like the Clean & Clear advantage acne spot treatment. it says visible results in 4hrs, which I think is complete BS. however, my pimples do
heal faster than if I don't use it. they're far less noticeable in 2-3 days & I can easily cover them with makeup. so I have no complaints (:

I would also try a clay mask? I hear they're good for acne/breakouts. they've always helped me!

Any spot treatment with salicylic acid should work on a pimple, unless it is cystic. They may not work immediately, but within a couple days it should be at least coverable with makeup. I like the Alba Acne-dote gel or the e.l.f. Zit Zapper roller.
