I haven't heard of that one but I know Loreal also has a Fiber Lash Butterfly mascara that is on my wishlist :)

Graveyardgirl on YouTube did a review on it. She said it really worked. You should look her up! She gives a demo an compares it to reg mascara too.

It does work! But in my personal opinion, it makes the lashes look like spider legs :/
