Eye Bags; Little To No Make Up

I only wear eye liner daily, & face make up, eye shadow etc for very special occasions. But I do want to cover my eye bags, or maybe there's a treatment someone can suggest? I wouldn't mind putting a little make up under my eyes every day, but is there anything that would look natural w/o all the other face make up & blending?
