A sock bun, but it doesn't work for me, But I'd say give it a try :) just look up sock bun curls.

You put your hair into a full French braid then roll it into a bun and pin it together. Then have stay in there for about 3 hours Atleast! Then you have some nice wavy curls :)

^ I agree with the French braid. I personally don't like the sock bun method because my hair is a little below my shoulders and it doesn't come out good.

I put my head down and start scrunching my hair up to the top then tie it, I create a messy bun... then if you decide to let it down it will look wavy/curly ;). pic in my profile.

If you buy the Hot Bunz (is that how that brand spells it? Idk) it's a little rough to take out but you do end up with a good curl and not really a wave.
