It's soooo humid out and I'm a little chunky so my upper thighs always rub together when I'm wearing shorts and it's not only annoying but actually kinda painful and now I have a rash/ red bumps on my inner thighs and it's really unattractive. How do I prevent the rubbing and how should I treat the bumps?

You can prevent the rubbing by either getting a chaffing balm or I've seen my friends use deodorant which helps prevent the rubbing!

Yes it's called chaffing and I no, the night before put soothing lotion on it and in the morning baby power it make it that when you walk they aren't moist and irritated from being rubbed against each other and keep applying baby power as needed probably like twice a day

It really works I used to have it and my mom told me to do this and I didn't want to but I did it one day because I was in so much pain and now I do it everyday and it never happened since.
