I have very thin overplucked brows and am trying to fill them in myself. I even have brow tattoos and still no brows. I'm getting better but still not happy with the results.  ideas?

Ulta has a brow bar and they will try a few looks to see which one fits best for your face shape.

From what I can gauge from the picture it looks like your eyebrows are too small for your eyes and overall structure. Try extending the beginning of your lash lines. Have them line up with the tip of your nose.

You could always start from the beginning, which is to cover your tattooed eyebrows in concealer and pencil in whatever shape you feel like having that day.
